Note:

This story is a combination of my 2 Bob the horse books (Bob the Horse vs Jeff the Flea and Bob The Horse Vs Jeff The Flea: Book 2 The War Of New Discoveries Of The Universe). And my two Sharen books (The Shadow Man and The Shadow Man Book 2 Memories) Please start with those books or this will probably not make sense.

Links to my other 4 books:

Prologue

His arms became all twisted and black, his mouth was agape and he was the color of void. His legs turned black and he started growing.

Chapter One: Back to Bob

Bob the horse was really excited. He had gotten the position as space police and had already captured a lot of criminals in his time. He was also working with his friend Onasi. They had joined the space police to “keep the universe safe,” or at least that's what Onasi said. This universe had actually been experiencing a crime spree at this time. Criminals had been agitated by someone or something. Whatever it was, it was not good for the community, so Bob and his new colleagues were working together to find the cause. Suddenly, a low-rate robber came running by. They could tell that by the fact that the robber was literally yanking money out of a drain. Probably his friend handing money to him. He looked around the place. They were at a low-rate police stand—a pole floating in space. Around the station was just plain space, so the robber actually floated more than ran. Onasi used his powers to make a tornado cage around the robber, and just like that, the robber was trapped.

Chapter Two: The Return of Sharen

After all the conflict of Sharen’s life, he was finally at peace. He just wanted to live a nice, quiet life. Unfortunately for him, the fates weren't done with him. He had lost the kitchen knife, so he simply made another one out of scrap metal. He was lucky because he didn't have to brush his teeth or shower or anything like that. He was made of metal, so he didn't have to clean himself. He had gotten used to normal life around here. So much so, in fact, that he was going to get to his first day of school soon. Sharen was worried that all of the other kids would tease him. But then he realized that he would be stronger, smarter, and faster than anyone else. He was the silver man. He was the best. So he geared up and headed to school.

Chapter Three: Interrogation

“I’M ASKING THE QUESTIONS HERE!” Bob shouted. Bob and Onasi were interrogating the robber. As the force's most powerful officer, Onasi had to go. But after the big human attack that had recently happened, Onasi would not leave Bob. So, back to the present. “Please, spare me,” said the robber in a mocking voice. “A big, HUGE horse in jeans. What are you going to do anyway? Sit on me?” “I AM NOT BIG! YOU'RE BIG!” Bob roared. “Soooooo, you admit it?” The robber laughed. “THAT’S IT!” Bob growled. “Talk to Onasi. He won’t be as nice as I am.”

Chapter Four: Class chaos

Sharen was still nervous when he entered the school, but once again, he reminded himself. “I am more powerful, smarter, and faster than anyone here. I will be fine.” And he entered the school. Inside, it was chaos. “Stop,” he shouted. And immediately, the whole room halted. “Y-y-you're made out of silver,” one of the kids stammered. “That's right,” laughed Sharen. “And I’ll be taking the lead over here.” “No,” said a big kid who had just wandered in. “These halls belong to me. I’ll be keeping leadership over here, thank you very much. So we’ll have a fight during recess. The winner takes all.”

Chapter Five: Trial by Onasi

The robber was shuddering as Onasi walked in. “Help! Someone help!” Suddenly, the robber gazed into Onasi’s eyes. They were blood red. “Okay, I’ll talk,” he said. “There has been a mysterious item in the world. One that can supposedly grant you great powers. Nobody knows what it is. Every villain in the multiverse is looking for it.” “You're thinking what I’m thinking,” said Bob. “Yes,” said Onasi. “Let's find it.”

Chapter Six: Rude Interruptions

When recess finally came, Sharen was not scared. It was like metal Donkey Kong vs. Mario. Except this time, there were no power-ups. The fight began, with Fang (the nickname the big kid had been given) immediately throwing a right hook at him. Sharen effortlessly dodged. Fang tried to grab, but once again, Sharen dodged. It continued like this for a while. Sharen got bored, so he let a strike hit him. Then, he pretended to be hurt. Fang, sensing his opponent's weakness (or so he thought), lunged at Sharen and bit him around the neck (hence the name Fang). Luckily, Sharen was made out of steel, so all Fang succeeded in was getting himself a toothache. Suddenly, right as Sharen was about to finish Fang off, a crashing sound filled the skies. Many people gasped as a ship came down from the abyss. And from that ship, an alien emerged. “My name is Nihil,” it said. “And I shall be taking control of this world.”

Chapter Seven: When Two Heroes Meet

Bob and Onasi knew that the universe was so wide. They probably wouldn't be able to find this item. They also knew that the villains had a huuuuuuge head start on them. So they decided to split up. Bob started on Earth, but not his Earth—Sharen's Earth. Right then, he noticed something extraordinary: a flying ship. However, Bob didn’t know if it was ordinary or not. So he decided to talk to one of the locals. That “local” was Sharen. “What is that doing here?” Bob asked. “A talking horse?” asked Sharen. “You know what, I’ve seen weirder. Soooooo, what is that doing here?” Bob asked again. “Oh, just some power-hungry lunatic who’s bent on taking over the world,” Sharen said casually, like this happened to him every day. “Wanna defeat him?” Sharen asked. “You bet that I do,” Bob exclaimed.

Chapter Eight: Nihil

“Soooooo,” said Sharen, “how do you want to attack?” “Well,” Bob replied, “Let's go all out.” So they charged in for the attack. Suddenly, Nihil held out a hand and stopped them. “Resistance is futile,” he echoed. “Stop fighting now and be spared. Well, why don't you tell us your backstory?” Sharen said. “It will probably be the best I’ve ever heard. I’m also a villain backstory collector, so please tell me.” “As you wish,” Nihil said. He began the story. “I came from a race of power,” he said. “We had complete control over the elements. Everything was at peace. Then, we all felt a great disturbance. It was so great, in fact, most of us died. Our time fell into a great war. After that, only a few hundred of us survived, and the world was in ruin. Even though there were only a few of us left, we were still angry at each other. So we split up. I tried to trace the source of the energy, but it had gone. But then, I felt it again. Here in this universe. And when I find it, I shall create everlasting nothingness, just to get my revenge on everyone who has ever wronged me. Why do you think my name is Nihil? It's the Latin word for nothing.” But no one was listening. Bob and Sharen had already snuck away.

Chapter Nine: The Infinite of Everything

Bob quickly got in his spaceship (yes, he had a spaceship; how else would he have gotten here?) and flew off. “Wow,” Sharen gasped. “I-i-it's amazing,” he marveled. “I love it.” He was looking at a vast, wide space. It was space. He watched as giant space slugs flew alongside space taxis. He watched as performers made a dazzling no-gravity show. It was vast and wide, even pitch black. But the stars were amazing, putting on a light show 24/7. It was the best thing he had ever seen. And even better, it was infinite. “This is amazing,” Sharen marveled. “Yeah, well,” Bob said, “It's overrun with crime. That's what we're trying to fix.” “Wait?” Sharen asked. “Where?” Eventually, they arrived at their destination: a planet called Kryndal Prime.

Chapter Ten: Kryndal Prime

The planet was giant, filled with technology. There were flying buildings, rent-a-jetpack stores, and even giant areas filled with forests. “This is Kryndal Prime,” he said. “The center of the universe. And we are going to the center of this planet: the Universal Crime Force. They call themselves Prime, for short.” When they arrived there, Sharen was stunned. It was grand. Halls paved with gold. A crystal chandelier. And the best part, a free snack table. But both Bob and Sharen were petrified. They saw meat. However, a servant soon came in. He was wearing a tuxedo and tie. He even had a mustache. “WHY IS THERE MEAT ON THIS TABLE?” Bob shouted. “Well,” the servant replied, keeping his cool, “It's not actually meat. We take cells from animals and multiply them. It doesn't actually hurt the animals. See, here in Kryndal Prime, we have a no-meat policy. Anyway, come. I will show you your way to the police force.”

Chapter Eleven: Prime

The police force was not what Sharen expected. It was also fancy. Everything was paved with a blue glowing crystal. Even the bars. “Why is there crystal everywhere?” Sharen asked. “These crystals are called Prime. They stop all powers. See, here in the universe, there are a lot of superpowered villains. So we have to use Prime. We actually named ourselves after this crystal. Another bonus, it's the strongest substance in the universe. So even if it didn’t stop, we would still use it.” Sharen tried to test this. He used his powers. Nothing happened. Then, he looked at himself. He had normal human flesh. “It’s stopped my powers!” he exclaimed. “It works.” Then, Bob filled them in on everything that happened. Then, they left.

Chapter Twelve: The Double Hunt

Both Bob and Sharen knew what had to happen next. They had to hunt down Nihil. Meanwhile, Nihil was angry. He hated that a talking horse and a metal man disrespected him. He would get his revenge. But first, he had to track them down. Bob and Sharen had already searched Sharen's home world, and Bob had searched his. So they decided that Nihil would live where his home planet fell apart. So they decided to do some research, and they did. They spent hours researching, but it was worth it. For they found the planet's name: Potentia Insan Ibhalansi Osservatori, or Power and Balance Observers in English. It was at the center of the universe.

Chapter Thirteen: Plot Twist

Nihil was right about to leave Potentia Insan Ibhalansi Osservatori, or PIIO for short. But then, Nihil heard a ship land. Out of the ship, the horse and metal man emerged. Nihil was about to lunge out when he heard a voice. It was coming from his orb. He had that orb when the great disturbance occurred, because the orb was the cause of the great disturbance. It said its name was Enumer, otherwise known as the Shadow Man.

Chapter Fourteen: How to Become a Demon: A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Turn into an Evil Creature if You Are a Supervillain

Step one: Be dragged into the realm of your power by a god. This is a live interview with Enumer, the Shadow Man. "It dragged me into the Shadow Realm, its legs—they were everywhere." Step two: Die, surrounded by your power. This is a live interview with Enumer, the Shadow Man. "The centipede left me to die. I was surrounded by shadows. The power sent me to a place called Demonic Deaths, a realm where dead demons stay." Step three: Go to the demon king of your element and just ask. This is a live interview with Enumer, the Shadow Man. "I immediately felt drawn to the shadow section. I went to the king of that section. He was so powerful. He was a calm ball, covered with thin tentacles. He was purple and black, the colors of darkness. I asked him for the power to become a demon." He said, "If you're in the demon realm and you're not a demon, that means the first demon you ask must give you all of their power. But you will be an orb in the real world unless you absorb 100 men. But you can only absorb people who are touching you, and that's by choice." "I'll do it," Enumer said. And there you have it. All you have to do is that to become a demon.

Chapter Fifteen: Evil Spies

“Hey,” Nihil asked, “Can we be called Evil Spies?” “No,” Enumer replied flatly. “If you don't,” Nihil said, “I'll toss you out of this window.” “Yeah right,” Enumer said. “I’ll absorb you the second you wind back.” “I’m wearing clear gloves,” Nihil said. Enumer's eyes suddenly appeared. “Oh, you are,” he groaned. “All right,” he said. “We’ll be Evil Spies.” “Yes!” Nihil exclaimed, pumping his fist. Then, they went out to spy. They crouched behind some bushes as the horse and metal man came out of the spaceship.

Chapter Sixteen: The Coming

Bob and Sharen had just stepped out of the spaceship when Bob noticed something on Sharen's leg. “Is that a tracker I see?” said Bob. “That's bad. This means that all of the villains are coming.” Suddenly, they heard a sound. It was an entire legion of ships landing. “The villains!” Bob shouted. “They're here!” Suddenly, an orb rolled out of some bushes. It was black, with red and bluish-purplish cracks in it. “The Powers Beyond!” someone shouted. “Get it!”

Chapter Seventeen: The Transformation

Almost immediately, somebody shoved a slave forwards. When the slave touched the orb, a glowing ball came out of him. His soul, Sharen realized with a gasp. Almost immediately, the transformation started. His arms became all twisted and black, his mouth was agape, and he was the color of void. His legs turned black, and he started growing. He was a monster, a zombie of shadow. Suddenly, a hand pushed the orb into the crowd. The transformation kept happening. One of the villains tried to escape by climbing into their ship. However, the disease still infected them, spreading it to other planets. When everyone but Sharen and Bob was infected, Nihil crawled out. “That's 98 souls, boss,” Nihil said. “Make it 99,” the orb rasped out. And with that, Nihil became nihilated. (He became a shadow zombie.)

Chapter Eighteen: Prophecies and Side Quests

Before Nihil had his soul taken, his eyes became green. His voice rasped out: “The two heroes, both dumb and brave, shall venture through. When danger comes, but the challenge remains, the orb shall be slain by the sword of the cave, picked by the one who is slain by it, then comes back.”

“Soooo,” Sharen said. “The first part means us and our battles, duh. But do you have any idea what the sword of the cave is?” “Well,” Bob said, “There's only one unexplored cave on the planet of caves.” So Bob and Sharen went there. Sure enough, the sword was there. But it was in the ceiling. Sharen tried to get it, but no matter how high he jumped, the sword was always an inch higher. “Can I try?” Bob said. “Don't bother,” Sharen replied, “it's useless.” But luckily, Bob wasn't a very good listener. As soon as he moved into place, the sword fell.

Chapter Nineteen: The Final Battle

When they came back to the orb's planet, they discovered something. Every time they killed a shadow zombie with the sword, the soul came back to that person. But they couldn't kill every shadow zombie. But then, Sharen remembered something. The prophecy said that the orb shall be slain. “So we just have to slay the orb to win.” But before Sharen could hit the orb, a mountain of zombies came over him. (Sharen has the sword because he is the only one with hands.) However, Sharen thrust his hands through them, giving himself a path. Suddenly, a disaster happened. Bob fell on the orb! Sharen knew what had to happen, and so did Bob. “STAB THE SWORD THROUGH ME!” Bob shouted. And Sharen complied. Suddenly, the orb exploded. The sky was glowing as the souls flew through it. Everyone was returned, everyone but Bob. “Nooooo, Bob!” Sharen cried. “The prophecy said you would come back!” He banged the sword against the ground. “Ow,” a voice cried out, “that hurts.” “Bob!” Sharen cried out in relief, “you're the sword! This will be… interesting.”
